Vida reservation office demanded to pay additional $350 on the top of contractual $700 per one week (contact INTE8888) in their Los Cabos, Mexico unit
I bought my membership at Vidanta Vacations with the intention to have my annual pilgrimage to Los Cabos and stay in their club there. The price per week was stipulated as $700. With my advanced age of 76 living in the Northern Nevada I don't know how much time left to enjoy life. So on my way to Los Cabos I planned to visit my friends in Los Angeles and my son in San Diego.

When I tried to contact the Vida Vacation reservation office in December 2017 at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX and asked to make a reservation at their Los Cabos club, the reservation lady told me that they do not do reservations for me for that location. I said that it is impossible since that place is shown as one of their clubs listed under destinations on their web site www.vidanta.com. I took entire membership only because of the Los Cabos club. She told me that I have to speak with the customer service department. I did that and was told that to reserve their Los Cabos unit I have to pay additional $350 on the top of $700 of what is in my contract. Since that demand is in direct violation of my contract *** I want to cancel that contract and full rebate all money.
