Unhappy with this property, as a tenant I feel neglectedAlthough SOME of the office staff is very polite and show concern with our needs, Maintinance does not care at allIve had multiple work orders in for weeks already, and no one has come out to complyMy thermostat continues to "go out", and gets replaced with a broken My window was replaced with a broken oneAnd ac duct is completely detached from apt unitHot water heater needs to be adjusted, hot water goes out quite rapidly, Even my light bulbs have been replaced with bad onesThey quickly place a "Pay rent or quit" notice on your door because they have not recieved full payment of rent, but are neglecting to do their part!!! Why would anyone want to continue to stay in a place or pay for a place who clearly just wants your money, They do not care about their tenants
