Victory Moving & Labor

We had a move scheduled with these guys providing all the furniture details inclusive of the packing. They postponed the move to the next morning .The next morning the movers were delayed by almost 2 hours. After multiple calls and follow ups the movers showed up with an empty 26 inch truck without any tools or packing material or tarp except one small dolly. We only had three big pieces of furniture (two beds and a dining table) and a couple of moving boxes which we had already mentioned while booking.More than half of the truck was empty . When we asked them about packing the beds, mattresses and table they said they had no idea about the packing and weren't aware . We had to talk to the supervisor and remind her about it. Finally,after the talk and couple of calls she made a trip and got the packing material.

The move was slow and finally completed in almost 6 hours .The movers didn't seem professional and surely did not seem to have much experience moving because after the move we noticed the dining table was wobbly and one of the bed frame sides and the part of the mattress was badly soiled. Luckily we had the protector on

Very expensive and an unpleasant move experience .I wouldn't recommend moving with these guys.
