The worst! Use scare tactics if you ask them to fix something, threatening to foreclose on your home.

Requested an Ice Maker and did not receive one, and the owner refused to call back and talk to us. Never came out to finish the punch list.
Started on 8/2/18 the date we bought it with salesperson Jason Curtin his dealer #D00632. Its a Hamilton Home, the Model is the Hodges, 2018 and the serial #HH18AL00548 and its 2 bedroom by 16X76. We paid cash $43,250.00. We had told Mr. Curtin we needed 2 things for sure for my mother at the age of 83. One a walk in shower which we did get and she loves it and a ice maker in her freezer, which she did not get. He assured me no problem. Well it has been hell from day one! Also, all the repairs, I cannot get done b/c the Manufacture said they cannot do it, Jason Curtin assured us that we would be able to have all the problems taken care of when they come out to take care of the punch list and the tile panels on the ceiling were the main question when we inspect the mobile home or I would have not paid the other half that day. This also is a major problem. They already patched them on a brand new mobile home and now they are saying they can't replace them they can only paint them b/c of the insulation issues. None of her lights in the bathrooms work they were burned out, we are assuming and receptacles don't work, so she can't get ready in her bathrooms and thru out the house. Her floor is buckling up in the hall way and she has to be very careful or she might trip b/c during the night she can't see b/c of no light switch near the bedroom. In both bathrooms they put up mirrors that are to high and she can barely see in them to get ready or to do her hair and they won't put taller mirror up or longer mirror up. They glued them to the wall so it will rip the wallpaper if she take them down. Our Main concern is that she had her on refrigerator with an Ice Maker and he talk her into buying this one a new one with an Ice Maker which we thought was going to have a Ice Maker in it and when I went to inspect the whole Mobile Home the Frig was taped up and I wanted him to open it up, but he would not and he looked at the back and told me that it was a new Ice Maker and promised me that it was not to worry. I was highly upset when we found out it wasn't and of course we called and he was going to take care of it and before we new it he had quit and it has been hell since. We can not get the owner to talk to us at all. We have called many times and had to leave messages and they won't call us back. She has never called us back or got on the phone with us. They are rude to us and will not help us at all. They sent one repair man out for a whole day and he nailed a cabinet panel together and change one switch and that was it. Did not fix anything else and told them he fix everything.

The business did not stand by their contract or their word contracted another company to come out and do their job they tore up my property and meter Pole and and no one wants to take responsibility and no one will stand behind there words and contract

This has to have been the worst experience I've ever had in purchasing a home the salesperson guaranteed he would be there after the sale now one year later he acts like he doesn't even know us I've been waiting over a year for them to complete the painting in my home and fix all the issues from it being you and transported from Alabama but no one has come out to correct the issues
