We have spoken to the homeowner this morning 9/22/- we provided a quote to replace the main circuit board and the customer has decided to not move forward with the repairsThe manufacturers vendor representative was delayed in providing us with a price and availability for said part Per our guarantee we shall refund the customer immediately

Unfortunately this complaint was sent to the owner whom has since retiredWe are in receipt of this complaint and have started communications with the customers home owners insurance company in an effort to repair the ceiling damage

Victory management has spoken to customer - we are currently working towards a resolution to this recent complaint

On the afternoon of September 22, [redacted] from Victory called and stated that the service provided by the company was not the standard and offered to send a technician to repair the AC system at no cost. I declined the free service but felt I should give this company, which has a good reputation in our area, a chance to amend their services. A technician, [redacted], arrived early in the morning on September 23 and did an excellent job in getting the system back up. These 2 people were a pleasure to deal with and were very courteous and professional. I paid the fee they requested and feel they definitely stood behind their satisfaction guarantee that is advertised. I would certainly use the company again and appreciate their prompt response in correcting this problem.
