I am rejecting this response because: years ago, we purchased from Victory awning a frame (1/4” barrel) & awningGreat InvestmentLast summer we used Victory Awning to update our awningThe original 4” barrel frame was used We now question why we were not informed of the inherent problem with 1/4” barrelWe agree that efforts have been made to correct our situationHowever we do not have an awning that looks sharp & reflects Victory awning qualityThat was our expectation
