I just had my vehicle in their shop for air conditioning and cruise control repair and am very pleasedThe repair was was completed in a timely manner the cost was reasonableThere was an additional problem after I got my vehicle back and they found that issue and took care of it tooI consider myself a difficult customer because I hope for as good a customer experience as I give (and I'm really good) and Victory Auto is very good

I was a first time customer, greeted by Faith at the desk , who by the way, is a very informative mechanic herself, my car was inspected and all my safety issues were resolved in a very timely and affordable manner. I've since had two of my friends take their vehicles there and they're all very satisfied with the work and their honest and friendly approach to excellent service. And by the way .. Kyle another friendly face took me to my destination while the car was being repaired you came and got me when it was ready now I call that amazing customer service!
