have insurance at the time of the crash. Business did not have any recourse in repossessing the vehicle as it was worthless. Business would like consumer to contact them to figure out the next steps in bringing closure to this situation.
Business states that they are in disagreement with consumer statements. The vehicle was sold in english and that is why the contract was in english. The consumer was present with her son who spoke english very well and who we believe the vehicle was for. Business has also received new information about the vehicle being stolen. It is the business' understanding that the vehicle was abandoned at the crash location and then reported stolen. The vehicle is in the possession of the customer who is still responsible for paying the vehicle. Business would like the consumer to contact them so they could try and resolve the situation. The offer consumer has been proposing is unacceptable as she is unable to return the vehicle in the condition it was sold.

Review: On the day of 09/10/2014, I bought a 2003 SaturnL Series L300 Sedan 4D [redacted] Mileage 152,335. With the contract number 1394196. On 09/19/2014 the car was stolen. I reported it to the police ant to the financing company, Lobel Financial, which informed me that there was no contract. So then I contacted Victory auto sales who told me that the financing company did not accept me. They also told me that the car was now mine which I did not understand since there was no contract. After a few days they told me they financed it in house.I did not sign anythingDesired Settlement: Investigate my contract because since it does not exist I cannot do anything in regards to the situation.
