The customer brought us his 2008 [redacted] for repairs consisting of replacement of a front bumper cover  and bumper parts , and a front grille. The bumper was painted off the vehicle.  At no time were any parts  from his car or to be put on his car placed inside the vehicle.  We...

had no reason to go near his screen. We took his complaint very seriously . We came to the conclusion that  we had done nothing  to his vehicle that could have scratched his screen. We were glad to see that he liked the repairs made to his vehicle. We wish our customer the best, but we did not scratch his screen.Tom P[redacted]
