The Victorian Princess has a Marine Incident the night before I had to shut down all my cruises for the weekend I had people for that cruise and had to refund all of them He was given his refund My records indicate he paid $for the cruise I am not sure if his credit card company charges him a fee We hot refund through fareharbor and they issue a full refund.I called him and offered him a free cruise any time he would like to come back He said no I told him I would mail him a check for $to make up for the $he lost from his credit card company He would not give me his address to mail the check I will still give him the $if he will tell me his address He can still have a free cruise of his choice I can not help the fact my boat crashed into the channel the night before with passengers on board We had to get towed Believe me I did not want to cancel a full boat of people Everyone else understood and did not complain Just let me know how to make one person happy for $ When I offered $cruise or $more then he spent
