attempt to finally make contact.I know Mrs*** wanted to pick up the death certificates and remains at one timeOnce we had everything available for pick up we had contacted Mrs***She had picked up the death certificates and her husband's remains in the beautiful urn she selected that day and was happy to receive them.I do understand Mrs***'s concerns and I wish I was given the opportunity to address at the time of complaint.Amanda G***Funeral Home Counselor
