Review: I paid ten thousand dollars for a car & during the process they ask me do I want an extended warranty I said yes & they told me I can come back & pay for the warranty. I told them that I couldn't afford the warranty & I didn't want it any more they told me they wasn't giving me my plates nor the title until I pay for the warranty. They took some of the money out of what I paid for the car & paid for the warranty which was not told to me & I need my title & plates for the car I called them numerous times every time I call they say the manager is not in or he will call me back but I finally got in contact with the owner he getting smart saying bring the money if not bring the car back or the will come get it. I want to know what options do I have or what can I doDesired Settlement: If I can't get all my money back I just want them to release my title without further payment

Review: I recently bought a used Toyota RAV4 from this business. Two days after I received the car, a bad odor started to smell on the inside. I decided to go another car expert and they explained that the carpet would have to be changed completely in order for the bad odor to go away and it would cost about $750. I then returned to the dealership and explained that the car was not properly washed on the inside and needed to washed. The business took the car and had it detailed, however the bad odor still remained after. They also advised that they would give me $200 but I would have to take the car to Brooklyn, NY myself for an unspecified amount of days.Desired Settlement: I believe the business has a responsibility of delivering a car in mint condition and being able to come up with a solution to any car problems considering that I have only had the car in my possession for a few weeks. It is unacceptable that this business cannot come up with a simple solution to fix the smell of my car after I paid the amount of money that I did. It shows lack of integrity and responsibility of this business
