Victoria Park Apartments

I have had several complaints regarding Victoria park apartments. *** the office manager tried to charge for a rusted sink that had been there previously before I moved there. I was only a 1 year lease. Additional nail holes and I am saying additional because they only painted over the previous holes and didn’t repair them but are charging me for repairing the ones I placed. I had to call the local police department to get the corporate office number. Then another tenants called me because *** (the office manager) told them she had a horrible day and asked them if they knew me and proceeded t tell them I cussed her out over damages to the sink, carpet and walls I supposedly placed in the apartment. At no time should an office manager discuss with a tenant about another tenants situation. I should have NOT had to call the local police department to get corporates number because it was not able to be located online. I should not be charged for nail holes that were not previously repaired.
