Company is refusing to refund service fees for a service not provided. Service fees were paid to which there was a delay in processing, now they are saying the transaction was declined but the funds are missing have been missing from my account. I requested kindly a refund to which they are declining. I will be contacting my bank today.

apologize if there was any confusion during the application process. Per our
rental criteria and the application initialed and signed by yourself the
application and administration fees are non- refundable it also states that all denials or cancellation
fees are used as liquidated damages. Whether the
application is approved, declined, or if applicant cancels we would not be able
to refund any fees. Should you decide to apply within 30 days of the original
application date, no additional fees would be needed. In the case you apply
after the 30 days from application date the fees would be due once again.Please
