Vicente Salon & Day Spa

I paid to have my wife's hair done at Vicente Salon with [redacted] . "30" minutes into my wife's appointment, [redacted] texts me and says that she is going to have to reschedule my wife's blow dry and style (which was included in the purchase price). I find out later from my wife that Beverley had to go to her schedule chiropractic appointment and a family member had arrived at the salon to pick her up for that appointment! So, why was my wife scheduled during a time-slot that [redacted] knew very well that she would not be able to complete the appointment!? And she didn't finish brushing out my wife's hair after a quick blow dry. She just usher my wife out the door so that she could get to her chiropractic appointment! [redacted] also asked for an additional $10 fee for my wife's hair being longer than 14 inches (which my wife reluctantly paid) AND she asked my wife for a tip. I told my wife not to tip [redacted] , since the job was NOT complete/finished; however, my wife gave her a $2 tip
