I ordered fishing gear on Dec 20th 2019 from Vibrantly April. I paid extra for Priority Car shipping to guarantee my package would be insured against loss, damage, or missing contents. I continue to email their support team and occassionally they will respond with broken english and claim their factory is backed up. They are no longer responding to requests for updates on delivery status. I just tried calling their support phone number listed on their website and a gentlemen answered and explained this company stole his number. He has received over 1000 calls from people searching for their merchandise. I spent a total of $482.99 for merchandise I am confident now will not arrive.

I ordered a $138.99 jacket from this website on Dec 17, 2019.
I have yet to receive the product and have asked repeatedly for a refund.

Company advertised a well known product that I purchased, I wanted to keep tabs on it as I’ve never heard of the site. I called the number and no one would pick up, then I called again and someone picked up and hung up on me immediately. I sent numerous emails requesting some sort of confirmation or a tracking # with no results... I attempted the proper way of contacting them through the main page but it is “unable to process my request”. Given the purchase price being quite high I am looking to get some sort of reassurance that this is on its way...

I ordered 2 Acc crappie stix from these folks, order number #*** and I haven't heard anything from them or unable to make contact with anybody this order was placed on December 12,2019 for the amount of $86.00,I have tried calling and email and still no response,please help
