This customer signed up for our free day trial of *** *** HubThe trial cancels automatically after days -- we do not automatically bill a subscription, and do not collect payment information for our trial accountsThis customer contacted us by phone and left a message but declined to
leave a phone number, and we promptly tracked down her account and contacted her by email, and explained to her that the trial expires automatically, and that she would not be chargedShe responded that she was appreciative of our response and had been confused about how the trial worksI assume she filed the Revdex.com complaint after she left the message but before she got our email. Our paid subscription accounts are signed up for manually (and not as the result of an expired trial)We do ask paid subscribers to administer their account settings online when able (including unsubscribing), but are always happy to help via phone or email as needed. To summarize, this customer was never charged for her trial, and will not be charged for the trialHer trial will expire automatically after days, and unless she chooses to log into the account, select a plan, and enter her payment information to subscribe, she will not be charged in the future.
