Our office received the attached letter for complaint ID [redacted] from the Revdex.com, concerning an experience with a mouthwash manufactured by Vi-Jon, Inc.  After reviewing the details of Mr. [redacted]'s compliant file, Vi-John and Mr. ** were able to settle the dispute on January 20, 2017.  The Settlement and Release Agreement is attached to this letter.Please know that Vi-Jon is committed to producing quality products with the highest standards.  I hope this letter will serve as the final closure of this matter.
