I took my mother to purchase a living room set on September **. We were told the furniture would be delivered within 7 to 14 days. Being active duty military I was given a "discount" on my delivery fee. They also only delivered to Manhattan once a week. Well over 3 weeks later and my mothers gift just arrived today. One of the chairs was ripped. This is unsatisfactory and bad business practices. I paid for my furniture in full why do I deserve to receive it in prices. I am not being compensated in any way. It's just disgusting and a turn off from dealing with smaller sales places. As of right now there is no date in sight for when the other furniture will be delivered. I am extremely turned off from shopping here and will never recommend anyone to here. When you shop discounted every thing else is too.
