Ordered a product. A week passes with no regard to shipping. Told it's on back order but should ship. Wrong item was shipped. Refuses to pay refund.
Tried multiple time theough various channels to reach seller with no regard to timely shipping. Seller is now harassing me with multiple emails regarding shipping the wrong product at my cost or no refund will be issued. This guy new he shipped the wrong product as it's not even close to the description of the order. I've never experience an owner with such horrible customer service.
I simply want a refund. I've already purchase the product from another reputable vendor and it's already in transit. I just want my money back and he should pay the shipping for the incorrect product he sent me.
