Review: I ordered [redacted], a live bacterial product which needs to be kept at 4 degrees at all time according to [redacted] the manufacturer. I bought 2 bottles from ProbioticSmart.com and paid extra for a small insulated box and expedited shipping $40.66) but the products arrived warm, no ice, only a small ice pack completely melted. The company will not accept any returns since they know the product is no longer usable. They will not return my call. I have asked for a full reimbursement.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund since the product is ineffective even if I took all necessary precaution and paid extra to assure the expedited delivery in an insulated box.
