Starting from the beginning, I have no customer by this nameThe job was done for Eric O**, ***This customer stopped at my shop as he described with one exception, He never discussed this problem with me, the ownerHe talked to
my employee which told him that the leak was from a rusted line at the radiator oil coolerWe offered to replace the lines and have him pay for LINES ONLYHe got an attitude and left my shopNext thing I know people and other customers are telling me our Facebook page is being slammedI never responded nor did any of my family because I'm the only surviving person in my family with exception of my mother, who is in a nursing homeWe did road test and return to shop to check for a leakThe leak happened ten days laterI have never been contacted about a $repairA new line cost $114.oo at the dealer, so someone did a repair to the linesNOT A REPLACEMENT, and should not have taken two weeks to repairRepair of this line, instead of replacement may void any further warrantyWe run a quality shop, and are still willing to do the repair, but we do not cover what any other shop may have done to fix or attempt to fix the issueIn doing so, we will only charge the customer the cost of parts
