Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Vestorly's response mentions "clearly stated" and the word transparent I have attached the main page received when I signed up for the service which has no mention of auto-renewal It also seems to me that no extra cost was incurred by Vestorly as we were not using their service more than days prior to the end of the first term in which they had already received payment for the full year If days notice is the requirement then why is someone stuck for a full year at renewal given competition's month-to-month arrangement and much lower cost No effort was made to reach out to me prior to the end of my first year even after no longer utilizing their service for over a month My phone calls also went unreturned In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] [redacted]
