Left 4 messages and sent email and no response. Requested pest control for months. The front door has such a gap on the bottom that large bugs can come and go at will. Is this even habitable? These people don't care about the tenants. The owners are paying them for nothing!

I have a leak in the closet of the downstairs bedroom. Multiple message have been left and a request has been put in on the portal. Our property manager seems to have quit and forwarded the phones to the office which just goes to a recording. I am very concerned that mold will set in, that the hole will get worse. Plus we are paying outrageous rent and HOA to not use the closet. We have no response at all! This is the worse property management I have ever experienced.

4 weeks ago, maintenance was in our home and saw where the flooring is torn and sticking up enough to trip over. He sent a pic to the property manager Ghislaine because the floor people have to be called to fix it. I texted the phone the day before Labor Day weekend and the Tues after. She responded to my boyfriend's text by saying sorry it's been a crazy day but not answering the question. I texted and texted for an answer. Then I called 2 days ago and the phone for our community to call is not in service! I am very upset. I emailed from the website and still nothing. I am upset I am being ignored and I am upset I was not told the phones were turned off. This woman is the worst in a line of rude incompetent property managers.

If I could rate with zero stars, I would. Since move in last December it has been so frustrating and disappointing to live here. With working in the industry of Property Management, the amount of disrespect the onsite team shows to what we call our home is mind blowing. The situation I entered and have been left with after speaking with the Property Manager, Gladys to the leasing and maintenance team I will definitely be moving out at the end of my lease. Without going into too much detail, DO YOUR HOMEWORK, research, visit, speak to the current residents. Do whatever you need to BEFORE applying and moving in. Not only are the apartments handled by band-aiding the property which are already over 30 years old, the onsite team is very removed from caring to want to help their residents and maintain the property with quality standards. In the last year, I have experienced two major leaks impacting me from the second floor apartment, got fleas, termites and bedbugs, never received an ac filter after several requests. The health department was eventually contacted due to lack of follow-up or any attempt of rectifying the issues. It took weeks for maintenance to come out to look let alone fix. My carpet was soaking wet for days. My electric was impacted by the dehumidifier that was in my apartment for over a week which was never adjusted or credited to me.

All in all, this last year has been a terrible experience. We all want our home to be our peaceful place, I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT FIND THAT HERE.

I have dealt with the principals of this company for many years and they are an ideal customer to work with. Vesteco has started managing an apartment complex and they have seen great returns and improvements in the financial performance and overall look of the property. Definitely recommend them.
