Review: November **, 2013 I had a photo session with [redacted]. I paid $100 up front, this cost included the sitting fee, hair & make up and two 5x7 and one 8x10 photos. additional photos would cost extra.I have since chosen the photos I want to receive. I have contacted [redacted] several times via her FaceBook page and using text messages to her cell phone. At first she was responsive and told me she'd be sending them out soon, but soon feels like it's turning into never and she has stopped responding to my inquiries.Desired Settlement: If I am not in receipt of the photos I selected from the photo shoot, I want a refund.

I have received the photos selected from the photo shoot by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
