Jack and his crew were amazing. The pool was installed in 4 days, and looks beautiful.
I was also very entertained by the crew teasing each other while working.
Jack makes sure that everything is perfect. I would definitely recommend this company for pool instillation.

From the moment we were in contact with Jack, he made sure that the process ran smoothly. Angel, John, and Mark were courteous and professional from the time they arrived and were wonderful to work with. They made the pool setup a breeze, and we're very happy with the work that they did. I can't say enough great things about Ally (the secretary/coordinator) as well. She helped us out immensely when we were in a time crunch, and was entirely lovely to work with. I would definitely recommend Vertical Horizon Pools for any install!

the pool was ne ver off level .had to move over it was to close to deck on one side .job was perfect after that .I have pics before and after .what ever happen to the pool over the winter with ice and the whether is not my doing .install was perfect thank you

Review: In April 2013 I hired Vertical Horizons Pools to install a pool at my residence. 1St install and pool fill the pool was completely unlevel and unstable. The 15 by 33 pool needed to be drained taken down and reinstalled. Not even a year later the pool is caved in, the walls are cracked the liner is completely torn. As well as he overcharged us for a 18 by 33 pool. I have another pool company trying to repair the damage, which they can contest the pool was installed faulty and wrong. The damage is extensive my deck needs to be ripped up, many parts including liner, walls, caps ect need to be replaced. As well as extensive labor to dig out and level the pool properly.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of $2550.00 which is the install price for a 18x33 as well as Vertical Horizon Pools to be responsible for the damaged pool parts and labor I need to pay to fix the pool properly. Still in process of getting total of all parts and labor
