complaint about not obtaining $10,000 in liability property damage but instead was given $5,000. At time of the transaction the insured was offered $10,000 in property damage but refused it. All of our customers receive three options for coverage in writing. The insured signed the option for $15,000/$30,000/$5,000 and rejected the alternative options. According to her complaint, insured has a misconception of what this coverage protects. Property damage of $10,000 is for Liability coverage meaning that this is coverage is for a "third party" and not for the insured's vehicle as she claimed in her complaint. The insured's vehicle was covered for it's full value less a $1,000 deductible (just as requested in writing by her)                Although it was agreed in writing that the broker’s fee was not refundable, as a courtesy to the insured we issued her a refund of $146.25; which was  successfully processed back to her card on March 06, 2018.
