Vernon Cleaners

11/9/- I brought in drapery panels to be dry cleaned WI picked them up on 11/9/and paid by credit card $ I discovered when I returned home that Vernon Cleaners had shrunk the panels by 5" length and 1-2" width I returned to the place of business on 11/12/with photos Store owner told me to bring them back the next day and she would seam them to the correct size I asked repeatedly if steaming could restore them and she firmly said yes I returned the panels to be steamed on 11/13/and when I picked them up she assured me they were the correct size 50" x 96" When I returned home and unfolded them to hang, I realized that Vernon Cleaners removed all hems of the drapery and lining in an attempt to restore them to the correct size, when they are not The curtains are completely disfigured and ruined The store owner lied about what she did When I confronted her, she said she offers no warranty I informed her that I only paid her for dry cleaning, not remov
