Anytime a situation like this occurs, the lesson to be learned on our end is that we need to spend more time explaining ourselves to our customers Vermont Quick Lube is a family business and while I don't work over there, I am ultimately responsible for the work to customer's vehicles To ensure it is quality and safe In speaking with the technician and the manager, I feel we clearly could have done a better job explaining the situation A few points I would like to make I do not in anyway feel like the folks over to Vermont Quick Lube broke anything I do know that the Vermont Quick Lube folks would never be able to tell if a caliber was bad until they took the wheel off To that end, once it is discovered that the vehicle needed calibers and he indicated he couldn't have all that work completed that day, we should have agreed with [redacted] and put the vehicle back to where it was Button it up if possible If we cannot put it back together because the caliber has now come apart, we ultimately now are responsible I agree that [redacted] is owed the $and change Based on his reviews on [redacted] , [redacted] and [redacted] , I am doubtful [redacted] will give my family's business another chance and then revise those reviews, but I am enclosing a $Gift Card with the $check for some oil changes, or future work If he is able to test VQL out again, he can do so without money coming out of his pocket If they do quality work, I would respectfully ask him to revise those reviews since families paychecks rely on customer's reviewsWe are glad the vehicle is safe again and we hope he gets another 100,miles of safe operationOn behalf of the team over there and my family I sincerely apologize and wish [redacted] and his family the best God Bless-***

Anytime a situation like this occurs, the lesson to be learned on our end is that we need to spend more time explaining ourselves to our customers. Vermont Quick Lube is a family business and while I don't work over there, I am ultimately responsible for the work to customer's vehicles....
To ensure it is quality and safe. In speaking with the technician and the manager, I feel we clearly could have done a better job explaining the situation. A few points I would like to make. I do not in anyway feel like the folks over to Vermont Quick Lube broke anything. I do know that the Vermont Quick Lube folks would never be able to tell if a caliber was bad until they took the wheel off. To that end, once it is discovered that the vehicle needed calibers and he indicated he couldn't have all that work completed that day, we should have agreed with [redacted] and put the vehicle back to where it was. Button it up if possible. If we cannot put it back together because the caliber has now come apart, we ultimately now are responsible. I agree that [redacted] is owed the $201 and change. Based on his reviews on [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted], I am doubtful [redacted] will give my family's business another chance and then revise those reviews, but I am enclosing a $100.00 Gift Card with the $201.01 check for some oil changes, or future work. If he is able to test VQL out again, he can do so without money coming out of his pocket. If they do quality work, I would respectfully ask him to revise those reviews since 6 families paychecks rely on customer's reviews. We are glad the vehicle is safe again and we hope he gets another 100,000 miles of safe operation. On behalf of the team over there and my family I sincerely apologize and wish [redacted] and his family the best. God Bless. -[redacted]
