We are so sorry a mistake was made on Ms***'s orderWe regularly question whether to accept outside merchandise as the work we do has many possibilities for errorWe make so few mistakes, however, that we've continued to do this workIt was explained to Ms*** when she brought the glasses
in that we could not guarantee work on outside pieces (If we sell a piece and an error is made the customer never knows it)We have a hold harmless agreement that she signed.Of the pieces a line on one of the glasses is slightly tilted - which is unacceptable - we agree on thatOur sand carver, who is a very skilled artisan, apologized and offered to try and find a glass similar to the one brought in from a supplier of ours (which would entail us buying a case of glasses), she also suggested that Ms*** try to find out id *** could get her just one glass and she would etch that for free.It is terribly disappointing for our customers here and we acknowledge that, I just don't see what more we can do.*** ***, owner/engraver
