Review: I am complaining about the way this company does dealings. I was interested in a retail space for lease in [redacted]. [redacted], from Verity Commercial, represented the landlord. They asked me about my financial, information, my credit information, and my business ideas, from A to Z. while it took several weeks, going back and forth, back and forth, in an unprofessional manner, I provided all the information they requested in a timely manner, but I had to wait and wait for responses time after time.They even had me sign a proposal letter that I was being very close to signing a lease deal. I feel very uncomfortable providing very personal information, since I was under the impression the purpose of it was getting closer to signing the lease. I am shocked as to the way I was dealt with. The only explanation I got, from [redacted], was that she is sorry the landlord feels uncomfortable with this deal. I wasted weeks of time, where it really should have taken a couple of weeks the most. I requested an explanation as to why the landlord rejected the deal, while all along I was given the impression I was getting the space. I also requested that they put in writing that my personal and financial information would stay confidential but again no response, also I requested that my business ideas and franchise information would stay confidential, and not be shared with anyone through [redacted], or landlord, but no response from them.I would like to ask Revdex.com to help me, have the company show some professionalism, with my complaint. I want the company to provide an explanation as to why after weeks of going back and forth, I was rejected. I want the company to provide me a letter in writing, that my franchise idea will not be used by [redacted] or landlord or discussed with anyone. I want the company to provide in writing that all my financial and personal information will stay confidential.Thank you[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the company, to provide me with an explanation as to why after weeks of going back and forth and providing all the information requested in a timely manner, I was rejected. I spend a lot of time and effort on this.
