I have contacted on behalf of my uncle [redacted] at Veritas Property regarding a window issue. I have sent an email with no response and when I called I was passed to Sona, her assistant. There has been no contact made between the contractor and I to resolve the maintenance issue within this property. I am under the impression that Veritas Property LLC remedies any maintenance issue. Extremely unprofessional.
