HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT ! YOUR VEHICLE IS NOT SAFE HERE ! .. MANAGEMENT WILL WRONGFULLY TOW YOU CAR & NOT GIVE 2 FKS !.. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION TO WHERE YOUR CAR IS TOWED .. THEY HAVE THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER ON THE TOW SIGN.. IF YOU CALL EMERGENCY LINE FOR HELP ... NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK, NO ONE HAS ANY INFORMATION ABOUT ANYTHING & CAN BE ZERO HELP & TELL YOU 'OH WELL' NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY !.. GATE ALWAYS BROKEN , THEFT OF CATALYTIC CONVERTERS ON THE REGULAR. GIVE OUT GATE CODE TO NON RESIDENT TOW TRUCK TO CASE THE PLACE & LOOK UNDER CAR & OPEN CAR DOORS (I HAVE WITNESS WRECKER DRIVER DO THIS). THEN LET HIS BUDDIES IN TO STEAL RESIDENTS CATALYTIC CONVERTERS.. MANAGEMENT SAYS "OH WELL" NO OUR PROBLEM ! HAD TO CALL EVERY TOW STORAGE PLACE IN THE AREA FOR 5 HOUR ON MEMORIAL DAY TO TRACK DOWN MY CAR ! MANAGEMENT ISSUES NO APOLOGY ! NO REIMBURSEMENT ! MANAGEMENT GETS KICK BACK FROM WRECKER DRIVERS & PLAY DUMB WHEN YOU ASK ! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL , HORRIBLE HORRIBLE TREATMENT OF MILITARY VETERANS LIKE MYSELF ! WORST MANAGEMENT EVER !

I was shown an apartment offered a quote, went to apply the website was down the next morning the apartment was unavailable. I was given a second quote for another apartment $100 more, plus $100 added admin fee. I was very clear about my credit having no activity for the past few yearsand was reassured that they base on income to debt ratio. I was also very clear about an accident I was involved in over 3.5 years ago, and asked if any of this would be a basis for denial before I paid any fees. I was reassured again this should'nt be a problem.
I was very honest with them, I wished they would have been honest with me from the begining so I'm not wasting time and money, just to scam an application fee. They could have told me it would be denied from the start.
