Review: Two weeks ago I ordered some skincare products off this company's website and received a confirmation code, my payment was processed per my [redacted] card but I have not received the products. When I tried to reach them via email it was returned to me saying it could not be delivered. I tried to call customer service but got a recording the line was non-functional.I did some research on [redacted] and found a man who knew that they were closing down their U.S. business in New York. Yet the website is still up and they are processing orders!! He advised me to dispute the charge with my [redacted] card company as it appears that I am not going to be receiving any of the products I ordered. This is unbelievable and frankly seemscriminal to be taking people's money and not delivering the product. Can you do anything about this? And please warn others. I would like to be reimbursed if possible.Desired Settlement: I would like the products delivered or a refund of $42.38 to my [redacted].
