I tried to call Customer Service to make a change to my order. Their customer service number directs to the voicemail for the [redacted] a newspaper. I have received two different emails claiming to be from this company, each from a different address, with different order numbers. The first email lists the details of the order, but does not provide contact information or information about changing or cancelling the order. The second email does not list any order-specific information other than a different order number, and lists the non-working customer service number.

Bottom line: I do not recommend doing business with this company. Their customer service practices seem nonexistent. I will be calling my bank to dispute this transaction in the morning.
