Thank you for passing this information along and we did contract with Allen at No Excuse Medical and we submitted his application on 03/18/to the VA through the submission portal. The VA is currently estimating up to months to review the submitted application and then the award process
can take up to months to be completed. These VA/GSA contracts are good for years and they must review all the documentation along with getting the IRS review audit which can take 6-months in itself. GSA-CMS has processed many of the VA series medical schedules and we have absolutely no way of expediting the process once we have completed our part of uploading the completed documentation into the VA email portal and they run on a first in first out program protocol. I am rejecting this response because: This is the same song and dance that I have heard for the past year. If GSA CMS doesn't understand the time frame or process for the product or service they are selling, maybe they should stopBefore you sign a contract and pay them, they promise a contract with in a yearAfter they have your money is when the story changes and it could be up to four yearsWhen most businesses fail to deliver a product, they will be out of business

The VA/GSA application submission is in the company name under No Excuse Medical and we cannot remove the application from the system. GSA-CMS was contracted to complete and submit the VA/GSA application for award and we have completed the process as per our agreement. GSA-CMS did not complain to our client as to the amount of time that it took for them to get us the information and documentation to complete the application process and we have "NO" control over how long it takes the VA/GSA to review and award the application itself. GSA-CMS takes its reputation and our services policies very seriously and we want to help our clients in anyway possible but we did complete the processing as per our agreement and it is now out of our control as the award goes straight to "NO EXCUSE MEDICAL" and we have nothing to do with the award processing or the time it takes for that to be completed
