Never again My sis and I went to get our nails done, a refill is $15, this chic decided she wanted to change me $33for a refill w/gel color, which is outrageous When I questioned her on the price & asked for a price list, she said I'm only charging you $25, it's still high, a refill is $But I said ok to $because I'm in the chair, in the meantime she's cursing after every customer that calls Call them aes and the whole time I'm looking at her having an attitude and doing a terrible job on my nails & then she cuts my skin and it's bleeding So I said, "you're not gonna clean my skin from the blood and she gets even more angrierSt this point I'm saying to myself, I'm not paying her & she's devilI told her she doesn't need to work in customer service and her attitude is bad and I'll never returning to her storeI was really ready to slap her, but I won't look good in stripes But I did tell her if her attitude is gonna be that bad, at least have ppl's nails looking professionally done and not like a beginning just learningI have wore a fake nail in over years, I always overlay my nail and she gonna got to other customers trying to prove her reasoning That's when I had to tell her if she gonna try to prove her case, at least tell the truth!
