Venue at Cool Springs

Was emailed a quote and spoke with agent TWO times on Monday and Tuesday while out of town on vacation Stated in conversations that we would be back in town Wednesday night and would be by to sign the lease Thursday AM when they opened When I got there the listing agent told me they had a price increase in rent and it had gone up almost $a month in the days since our initial conversation! I asked to speak with the manager who was no help and not very apologetic and said they operate off a pricing software and despite the fact that I had an email with pricing on different units from only days prior she could not honor it It felt very much like some sort of pricing scam, so I got up and left VERY disappointed in how this place conducts its business I went down the street and found a very comparable apartment and lease for the rent amount this place had originally quoted me Steer clear of the Venue and its poor staffing
