I have been dealing with Venturer since October 13, Their customer service is the worse ever I really wonder if [redacted] is aware of the representation of the reliability of their product warranty I have been given different lies by this business who has my power supply and continuously tells me that they are sending a replacement It has been months and they have done nothing but continue to lie to me Will definitely try to steer away from [redacted] in the future for this reason It does not help that the customer service reps that you speak to are not in the US and English is second language for them
