VentureheatPurchased Heated gloves from Midwest Workwear  12/31/2014Invoice description of gloves is  BX-805-XLProblem is right glove indicator light turns off by itself.  When the glove turns itself off, sometimes making a fist in the glove will turn all three indicator lights on momentarily.  Right glove doesn't heat when indicator light is off .  Have charged batteries and switched them from glove to glove trying to determine if the battery was at fault.   The problem only occurs in right glove no matter which battery is used.  What is the next step for repair or replacement?Thank you for your help[redacted]  Reply Reply to all ForwardCustomer Service <[email protected]> Feb 4to 2004box, Carthage Hi[redacted],Sorry to hear that your glove is not working properly. Review: Purchased Epic Heated Gloves,size XL. One glove failed to heat first use. Gloves have ONE (1) YEAR warranty. Failure was at beginning of warranty period. Venture heat refused to honor warranty.Desired Settlement: Replace the gloves with ones that work.
