I keep receiving phone calls from this company even though I have repeatedly told them to stop calling meThey claim to be a collection/law firm and are claiming that I have two 'charges? pending against me for a payday loan I never took outThe bank account they claim the the money was deposited in was closed in This most recent call I received he stated that 'we are looking for you, so we won't stop calling'I asked for the license/bond number and and he said he didn't have the info (by law you are required to provide if asked) I looked the address provided and name on the Texas Secretary of States website and surprise surprise they do not have one and therefore are in violation for attempting to do business in Texas
