Mr *** purchased a product from our business on eBay and immediately disputed the transaction with eBay stating the product was faulty but refused to return the product. Ebay closed the case in our favor and Mr *** continued his actions by disputing the charge with PayPal and again lost by not returning the product. Then Mr. then disputed the charge with his bank which paypal was not able to get overturned and has kept the product and refused to return the product. We have contacted the manufacturer of the product and they have no contact by Mr. or anyone on his behalf stating the product had or has an issue or opened a warranty claim to get the item fixed but does have a unknown caller from the Katy Tx area calling looking for technical assistance for initial start up of the product purchased.
