I am rejecting this response because: Refund was completed and initiated by Central Bank of *** (the card issuer),not Ventanex.Ventanex has never made a concerted effort to expedite the investigation or keep me appropriately informed until complaints were filed.

I am rejecting this response because: Mr*** ***,*** and *** of Central National Bank of *** *** has e-mailed me on 2/3/stating" he deeply regrets the circumstances that delayed the resolution of your disputeAs the issuing bank for the Ventanex card, we became aware of your situation upon arrival of your complaint with the OCC(The Oklahoma Office of The Currency).We immediately initiated an investigation and as a result ,your card ending in XXXXXXXXX was fully refunded yesteday,shortly after 5:00pm".--As noted, Ventanex never made a concerted effort to investigate,update,or resolve this matter.The Oklahoma Office of the Currency complaint was filed on 1/21/015,and the bank took action shortly after that .Ventanex had been supposedly "working on it " since 1//2/2015.This is very disappointing customer service on Ventanex's part.--

Consumer is mistaken in facts regarding the refund. As stated before, Ventanex has a policy not to discuss ongoing investigations.

As of 5:30 PM CST on 2/2/2015, the entire amount of the funds were returned to the consumer. Ventanex policy is to not comment on any ongoing investigation until complete as it can be counterproductive to the investigation. Therefore we will withhold comment at this time.
