Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Specifically counter to points 1) 2) 3) 4) provided by vendor:1) The inherent defect with the vents could not be apparent until the onset of colder weather which was after the returns period specified by the online store.2) The vents were returned with no visible damage other than having been removed from their packaging materials.3) The vents were installed precisely according to manufacturer instruction on the packaging into precisely 3" holes as specified.4) It is fine that Vent Masters now wants to point a finger at the manufacturer www.mflouver.com but they agreed to provide a refund for the cost of the vents and now have custody of the vents in questionThey can take it up with their manufacturer themselves Sincerely, [redacted]
