Review: I received a gift card numbered [redacted] valued at $75 and have tried to purchase pastry both on line and on the phone from this company. Online there seems to be no place to enter a gift card number. When I put the number in the "coupon" slot I am told that that is an invalid number. I wrote about this on line in a form provided at the purchase site for problems in purchasing twice and have received no answer. I called on the phone at my expense since the company has no 800 number and was told by the answering employee that I could not use a gift card in a phone purchase. I was told to call back again when a manager was in the store. Since this cost me money without result I wrote again on line. There has been no reply. I would like to use my gift card but do not now how to proceed. The item I want to purchase will cost more than the value of the card but I will not enter my credit card until I see that the gift card is going to be deducted too.Desired Settlement: I would like someone from the company to either write to me or call and tell me how to proceed. My email address is [redacted]. My telephone is ###-###-####. If I do not hear back I will return the gift to my benefactor and have them get the refund for the card.
