Review: The salon would not honor a previously purchased gift certificate.Desired Settlement: Because the female salon manager was so rude and nasty to the owner of thegift certificate (my 85 year old mother who had skin cancer surgery and could not use the gift certificate within the original time-initially viaphone the salon said they would extend the $40.00 gift certificate butwhen I went to use the gift certificate to pay for her service they refusedto honor the certificate. The female manager was extremely rude, nasty and argumentative. So I paid for the services in cash .
