Complaint A man showed up and took my trash cans! He had to look at his service order to inform me that the company will no longer service us. But no contact.I just switched to this company because I got a mailing from them saying they were now in our area. Without any notice at all they sent someone to collect their trash cans but never called, emailed, letter. ... nothing! Now i'm left with no trash service at all. The man who picked up the cans had to look at his service order to tell me they would no longer be servicing my area. This is very bad service practices. Desired SettlementFor all the trouble this company has caused I think I should get a refund/credit for the short time they serviced my address. Now I have to reset up my accounts with the other company I used to be with and wait for new cans to arrive. This means trash sitting in my house ugg!Business Response The company did send out a robo call notifying customers certain areas the company could no longer service. Also, due to unforeseen health issues the business has been sold as of October 4, 2014. Ms.[redacted] is not due a refund. She paid for service in advance and was given 30 days of free service. We serviced her for the time she paid for. She is not due a refund. We apologize Ms.[redacted] had to endure any confusion. We regret the hardship that may have been caused for Ms.[redacted].
