-Sales rep *** promised a full-service software platform that would claim directory listings for our clients, publish their information, monitor reviews, etc. The software NEVER claimed any listings, we had to do this ourselves. The information was not published.
-Sales rep promised a full-service concierge to teach our team how to use the platform. This was untrue. All sessions were focused on how to increase sales, not on how to actually use the software how we needed to.
-The software was supposed to publish social media posts on an automatic basis for our clients. Not only did it fail to publish on multiple occasions, but the posts also included the name of a publishing software they were partnered with. It was supposed to be white-labeled for our agency, but this was not true and caused irreparable damage to our company and our reputation. We lost a major contract due to this.
-There were multiple billing issues that were not addressed.
-Multiple attempts at communication, very slow response time, and often no response. We escalated to management and attempted to find a resolution, but still nothing.
We are requesting a full refund of all financial investments in the software.

We at Vendasta find your concerns to be very troubling and are eager to find a reasonable solution that satisfies you. We are in quite a predicament, as Vendasta has made several moves to try and rectify this. Our company prides itself on its continued partner services, and as such, our platform requires ongoing engagement and help from its users in conjunction with Partner Success Manager at Vendasta to unlock its full potential. Our records show that you failed to attend training sessions on the platform, as well as at least two other follow-up meetings.
You entered into a partnership with our company for a Professional subscription level in August 2017, after which we documented your first concerns on or around September 11, 2017. We have made several attempts to connect with you as you failed to respond to our emails and phone calls. Finally when we reached you, we offered and you accepted one of three solutions. You continued to disregard required sessions imposed by us. Later, none of the options was satisfactory to you. We have taken all reasonable steps to address your concerns but have come to conclude that Vendasta has in no way breached its agreement with your company.
Without happy customers, Vendasta would not be the great company it is today. We are still eager to connect and resolve this.
