I am rejecting this response because: It is not my mistake that peoplefinders.com don't have my correct email address How were they able to get money from my card if they had the wrong address? I would comfortably say that ...it is paramount to charging the wrong customer..so am making a case that ...if they indeed don't have the right email address, then they should reimburse my on my card I maintain that this fee was in accurately deducted from my *** business checking card

did call next day I used the services to cancel it because on top I didnt want my CC to be charge I wanted to let them know that the services they annouced were never received.When I called as ask for a cancellation number and they nust told me that wasnt necessary because they will take care right away The day my card was charged I called again and they were rude and unprofesionalThey didn't let talk with a manager or supervisor I feel that I have been scamed and humiliated, they just care about the money and do what ever they have to do to get it Thanks for all your help

First and foremost, we find the vulgar and disrespectful language this customer has used when interacting with our representatives via email, phone and on this complaint extremely inappropriateWe will not tolerate our representatives being treated in this manner and will not be responding to any
further contact if the same tone is usedThe product this customer selected on 6/10/was not a one-time only fee nor did it say this during checkoutIf their intention was to order the report only with no membership attached they had, in fact, selected the wrong product. I am rejecting this response because: It is not true that the account was cancelled on June It was cancelled in January and
confirmed by the person from People Finder that I spoke with People Finder still owes me for February and March and I am so angry that they are lying about the cancellation time This just proves what a scam company they are Since they are getting this reply, I want them to know that I will be putting their deceptive business practices on ***!
