I have called him about times with no response or resolution

I sold a used Hot Tub to Velvet Touch Moving for $1500. The owner signed a contract, giving me $500 at the time of pick up and the final $1000 was owed a week later. He has yet to pay me the $1000 owed and I have been trying to get ahold of him for a month. He avoids my calls and comes up with excuses. Beware of this business as they do not pay their debts! I have called him about 100 times with no response or resolution
